The Double Shaft Slow Speed Shredders Haas TYRON are the optimal solution for crushing and volume reduction of demolition wood, solid urban waste, bulky waste, production waste, glass, plastic film, palms, refuse Derived Fuel, white metal etc… The material loaded through the large hopper, is torned by two powerful shredding rotors. Each rotor is driven by a gear motor vario-independent, which reaching the maximum hydraulic pressure, it reverses the direction of motion. In this way the two self-cleaning rotors tear even difficult materials such as mattresses, railway sleepers and tires.
The size of the output material depends on the number of the tools mounted on the rotors. In the machines are installed up to 4 shredding programs that allow to choose remotely different materials shredding-systems, without stopping the machine and in complete safety. As optional iron separator belt, radio remote control, crawler or electric version.
The machine is equipped with the latest protective devices against accidents at work and against damage to the machinery itself.
