The Willibald TBU 3P Windrow Compost Turner is a high-performance professional solution designed for industrial composting facilities. It is engineered to break down compacted material and create a looser windrow that improves aeration, fragment coarse particles to accelerate the decomposition process, ensure thorough mixing of the inner and outer layers through vertical-plane milling, maintain the structural integrity of the windrow during operation to allow uninterrupted subsequent passes, and deliver a more homogeneous compost while significantly reducing processing time compared to conventional loader-based turning methods.
The TBU 3P is powered via a PTO (cardan shaft), which drives both the milling rotor and the discharge conveyor. The tractor’s hydraulic system supplies power to the positioning cylinders for transport alignment, the dozer blade, and the discharge hood.
The inclined rotor design maintains windrow stability throughout the turning process, while the processed material is conveyed and deposited to form a uniform adjacent windrow.
