The JT RECTEC Compost Turners are the world’s first fully electric compost turners for professional use. The E380 and E530 models enable uniform compost turning with zero greenhouse gas emissions, helping protect the environment while maintaining high performance.
Alternatively, diesel-powered versions are also available, with the JT580 and JT630 models.
A distinctive feature of these turners is the absence of a cabin, as the machine is completely operated via remote control.
The models are equipped with sensors for windrow detection, ensuring greater safety and precision during operation. The operator only needs to position the turner in front of the windrow using the supplied remote control. After that, the machine will automatically turn the windrow without requiring any further action from the operator. Thanks to remote control operation, the operator no longer needs to enter areas with high emissions. This significantly improves employee health and safety. The guides on which the machine’s tracks run allow the formation of a precise windrow.
RECTEC autonomous compost turners deliver high performance: the rotor, designed with the new EV technology to reduce wear, mixes the different materials homogeneously and creates a loose, voluminous compost windrow.
