The SIEBO T50 / SIEBO 5000 Rotary Screen represent the latest generation of compact, high-performance screening machines.
Designed for maximum versatility, these machines are capable of processing a wide range of materials, including compost, plasterboard, soil and sand, inert construction debris, and wood chips. Despite their compact footprint, the T50 delivers performance comparable to larger machines thanks to its high-quality components and optimized engineering design.
Key technical innovations include a CAT C3.6 EU Stage V diesel engine that ensures reduced emissions and high efficiency, a 12/24 V standard LED lighting system for improved operational visibility, a compact and user-friendly IFM control display, an advanced trommel drive system with reduced hydraulic pressure requirements and cable-free preloading, maintenance-free bearings (excluding the hopper belt components), an optional hydraulic drum lifting system for simplified drum replacement, and the integration of SIEBO technology, combining compact dimensions with superior screening performance.
Optional equipment includes a deplasticizer system, available in either an electric version (10 kW) or a hydraulic version (30 L/min at 150 bar). This system separates plastic contaminants by combining airflow and suction, ensuring cleaner output on the oversize conveyor and improved material quality. All machines are equipped with state-of-the-art safety systems to protect both operators and equipment.
