The new SIEBO T 40 Siebotec Rotary Screen is a latest generation screener. It has all the new features of the rotary screens on the market with the addition of some innovations that make it exclusive in its sector. With the new state-of-the-art CAT diesel engine, the T 50 has all the advantages of “big machines”. Designed for all types of materials. It can therefore screen materials such as compost, plasterboard, earth, sand, inert rubble, wood chips, etc… without any difficulty. The T 50 is a powerful machine with compact dimensions thanks to its high quality equipment and its well thought out execution.
Technical innovations compared to other versions on the market:
– The new CAT C3.6 EU Stufe 5 engine respects the environment, polluting less.
– 12/24 V STANDARD LED street lighting.Significantly smaller, more practical and neater IFM display.
– New trommel transmission requiring significantly lower pressure, cable-free hydraulic preload.
– Maintenance free bearings (except for the hopper belt).
– Optional: drum lifting arms with 2 hydraulic cylinders for easy drum replacement.
– SIEBO technology represents the combination of compact measurements and excellent screening performance.
– Optional: deplasticiser, in electric (10 kW) or hydraulic (30 L oil x 150 bar pressure) version, to be fitted on the oversize belt in case of impurities present during screening. It blows air and sucks up the plastic material from above and conveys it elsewhere. In this way, the material screened on the oversize belt comes out clean and of the grain size chosen according to the drum.
The machine is equipped with the latest protection devices against accidents at work and against damage to the machine itself.
